Since 2017, iShine Kolkata has been the City of Joy's most trusted destination for genuine iPhones, accessories, and expert repairs — run by people who are as passionate about Apple as you are.
It started in 2017 with a single display counter, two staff members, and an unshakeable belief: Kolkata deserved a proper Apple experience — not grey-market devices, not shady repairs, and definitely not indifferent service. Our founder, a lifelong Apple enthusiast, opened iShine on Park Street to fill exactly that gap. Seven years on, we've served 12,000+ customers, fixed 8,500+ devices, and built a community of Apple fans across the city who trust us with their most important devices. Every decision we make — from the parts we stock to the technicians we hire — is guided by one question: would we be happy with this if it were our own iPhone?

Every iPhone we sell is sourced exclusively through authorised Apple distribution. Serial-number verifiable on Apple's own website. No grey imports. No refurbished-sold-as-new. Full stop.
Our team earns no commission. They're Apple enthusiasts hired to give honest advice — even if that means recommending a certified pre-owned model over the latest flagship because it genuinely suits you better.
Our repair workshop uses only Apple-grade components. We'd rather tell you a part needs to be ordered than fit a cheap substitute that fails in three months. Your iPhone deserves better — and so do you.
We never access your personal data during any service visit. Our technicians are trained under a strict data-privacy protocol, and we encourage backups before every repair — just to be safe.
No surprise charges, no hidden fees, no "we found another problem" upsells. You're quoted a price before we touch your device, and that's the price you pay. Kolkata deserves honesty.

We opened our doors with a small team and a big mission — to bring honest, quality Apple retail to Kolkata. Sold our first 100 iPhones in the opening month.
Demand for trustworthy repairs was overwhelming. We launched our dedicated repair workshop with two certified technicians. Screen replacements went live at ₹1,499 onwards.
We introduced Kolkata's first structured Certified Pre-Owned iPhone programme — 40-point inspection, 6-month warranty, factory reset. Hundreds of students and first-time Apple buyers benefited.
A milestone moment. We celebrated serving our 12,000th customer with a week-long community event, free iOS workshops, and — of course — a lot of chai.
iShine hosted Kolkata's biggest iPhone 16 launch event, with a queue stretching down Park Street. All four models sold out by 2pm. The city showed up — and we were ready.
